Bea discovered the Path of Yoga over twenty years ago and has been teaching for 11 years.
Her very personal style of Yoga, developed over years of travel and practise with different teachers in India, Spain and Germany, is a mix of Asanas, Vinyasa, Chi Quong, Pranayama, Meditation and the sacred chant of Kirtan and Mantra.
For Bea it is essential to teach Yoga in a very personal way, adapting poses individually, so that the students can feel completely safe with what they’re doing and become aware of their own bodies and boundaries.
She has been trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher with Gauri Aguilla and Westley Eckhardt (EFYTA).
She has also trained with Leaonard Orr in Professional Rebirthing, a powerful healing tecnique based on conscious breathing.
Bea also offers workshops focussed on the menopause for women, where she teaches special Yoga techniques to activate hormonal production, how to use food as a source of hormones and how to prepare natural remedies to ease discomfort of unpleasant menopausal symptoms.
In our workshops Bea offers some enjoyable Yoga practice that is adapted to the needs of the group. She will gently help you to open up, strech out and strengthen your body. There will also be the opportunity to practice Pranayama – breathing tecniques, which cleanse and energize the physical and energetic body.
