Marina Curtis-Evans (BA Hons) has been a member of The International Guild of Complementary Practitioners and The Association of Reflexologists for over 12 years and has received specialised training from Penny Brohn Cancer Care, formally known as Bristol Cancer Care which has been at the forefront of integrated care in Europe for over 25 years for people with cancer.
She has worked extensively in exclusive retreat centres, hotels and hospitals and is also a highly experienced Thai Yoga Massage therapist.
She has also worked in NGOs around the world focusing on young people in difficult circumstances and for UNICEF in Colombia for 4 years. She is hoping to set up a pilot programme for the award-winning charity ‘Youth at Risk’ in Spain. Marina is also a professional translator.
Nacho Leiva is from Malaga and is a professional restaurateur dedicated to cooking with love. He is from a long line of restaurant owners and food lovers and trained at Spain’s renowned ‘La Consula’ catering school where Hemingway lived and which has been frequented by royalty and the stars ever since. He has over twenty years of experience and has been maitre d’ at a five star hotel and restaurants with Michelin stars.
He often takes his inspiration from traditional Andalusian cuisine adding his own imaginative flair to create healthy, hearty meals. His vegetarian and raw food dishes also tend to delight guests.
He is passionate about excellent service, delicious food and offering delightful new experiences. He is a warm, welcoming host and loves sharing his knowledge and passion for great food.
They are happily married and love sharing their beautiful home with those who respect their space, nature, each other and themselves.
